As a customer service executive you have to interact with our Web Hosting customers to provide and process IT/Technical information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.you have to use your skills and experience to ensure that the company delivers the highest standards of service to customer.your aim should be to maximize customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Excellent English written communication skills.
Average to moderate verbal English communication skills
Comfortable communicating with customers and good communication skills using Live Chat/Ticketing System.
Knowledge in IT and Basic Knowledge in web hosting environment.
Basic understanding of popular software such as WordPress, Joomla, PHPBB, Drupal etc.
Experience with WHMCS and cPanel will be an added advantage.

Office Shift Times (Office is Located at Rattanapitiya near Kohuwala.):
We are open 24/7/365 with flexible schedule (that we will assign after discussing with you).
